BOOKING AND CANCELATION CONDITIONS
* please contact us if you arrive after 19hrs
* a valid credit card will be required to book
* our rates can’t be combined with other special offers, discount codes, gift vouchers etc.
* we suggest to book travel insurance before travelling – our travel insurance can be booked at the same time as your room
* booking and cancellation conditions will be maintained in case of covid, strike, lack of fuel, social unrest or any case of ‘force majeure’ in France or any other country you will cross while travelling
Flexible rates: book without risk, cancellation possible
* a detailled confirmation will be sent after you book
* should no booking confirmation be provided you can cancel free of charge up to 15 days prior to the arrival date
* payment needs to be made directly at the hotel
* the management may decide to debit your accommodation amount 5 days prior to arrival
* it is not possible to cancel a flexible rate in order to benefit from a non-refundable booking for the same dates
Please note the following when choosing a NON-CHANGEABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE rate
* your credit card will be debited at the time of booking for the total number of rooms and nights plus packages booked
* the arrival date can be changed for an earlier date but is subject to availability, the initial room rate will be maintained unless the ‘best available rate’ for the new date is higher
* no Logis Etik loyalty points on non refundable rates
